We had a great time camping at Myles Standish State Forest this past weekend! Even though there were threats of rain and thunderstorms throughout the outing, we only had thunder and rain on Saturday morning-- enough to make things exciting during breakfast-cooking. The rest of the time, we set up our own tents, watched the fire being built, enjoyed s'mores, listened to snoring and nature's noises, played Spud, and more! At the end of the trip, after b.b.q. burgers and dogs, we cheered on Steve as he let a huge bass get away (he caught some fish, too)!
